Travel Concierge Executive Role

Luxury concierge agency is looking for a driven individual who can join luxury travel industry and concierge services team to curate unforgettable experiences for HNWI around the world. Candidate needs to be a peoples person loving to network, connect with people in the industry and occasionally travel around the world on business.

Responsibilities

• Working on clients' requests for travel and concierge segment of their lifestyles
• Building and maintaining an ongoing relationship with suppliers across all industries (Hotels, transportation, tour guides, DMC, restaurants etc) as well as working with them on different proposals daily
• Preparing hotel and itinerary proposals for clients in the presentable format of the company
• Dealing with all types of lifestyle requests from clients on daily basis that come along with luxury travel requests.

Candidate Requirement

• Fluent English and Russian languages
• Ability to work with a large and diverse workload at the same time and prioritise tasks accordingly
• Ability to maintain professional language over the phone and email / whatsapp
• Basic experience with hotel bookings
• Overall experience working with VIP segment of clients
• Advanced knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Adobe Softwares knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of negotiations is a plus
