Your challenge
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Quality Check professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services. As a Test Lead/Quality Check, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will advise the product owners and the whole team on the overall test strategy for our products/topics to ensure that it makes sense and aligns with our business goals. You will also ensure that our automated testing and manual testing tools are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.

Your Tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for our products and services
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Advise product owners and the whole team on the overall test strategy for our products/topics to ensure it aligns with business goals
- Ensure that automated testing and manual testing tools are up-to-date and in line with industry standards
- Conduct performance testing and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product and process gaps
- Analyze and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Language
Fluent in english
