We are looking for a Support Manager

Requirements

• Correct oral and written language
• Responsibility, sociability
• Experience in communication management, customer support
• Knowledge of Russian, English and Spanish
• Spanish work permit

What you will do

• Handle incoming requests from customers through calls, letters, online chat
• Respond promptly and kindly to customer inquiries
• Prepare instructions, scripts for responses to users
• Analyze the number of recurring requests
• Send instructions to clients
• Accompany clients to various organizations
• Lead CRM
