Selection process

The successful completion of an online assessment is required for all staff/administrative assistants positions at the Fund.

The staff assistant pipeline is the main point of entry for staff and administrative assistants at the Fund. Successful candidates will be offered contractual appointments giving them the opportunity to build expertise in the Fund-specific processes, making them competitive for term-staff positions. Candidates who meet the pre-selection criteria will be invited for an online assessment which normally takes approximately 50 minutes to complete (psychometric assessment, MS Word simulation, and Windows). Please make sure to complete the assessment within 10 days or receiving the invitation. After successful completion of the assessment, you will be invited to a virtual preliminary interview. Based on the results of the interview, your file will be placed in the pipeline of staff assistants. Once your file is in this pipeline, you will be considered for any external staff assistant positions, even those that are not advertised. Your file will be active for one year and you will not need to reapply during this time frame.
