DESCRIPTION
- Generate SIGINT reports IAW current reporting policy and guidelines, keep track of and report current trends during reporting analysis.
- Create and update SIGINT reports as necessary to ensure ad-hoc tasking is fulfilled.
- Create, update, and modify working aids in order to ensure the most accurate information and guidance is followed.
- Support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges between foreign partnerships to include day-to-day activities and requests for information on all appropriate classified networks.
- Maintain a continuity folder that includes, as a minimum, official duty processes, contacts, and procedures. Provide continuity information to COR upon request. Collaborate and share experience/ training information with other service component counterparts.
- Utilize MS Word and Excel macro tools to expedite parsing of partner nation data products.
- Comply with required reporting qualifications standards as instructed by IC.
- Attend and participate in weekly/monthly meetings with 693 ISRG, USAFE, EUCOM, Major Command, and other Service Components as required to support collaboration efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
· Level I: Master’s degree in intelligence systems and intelligence analysis systems or a related field and a minimum of three years’ experience in SIGINT operations, principles, and general SIGINT communications and dissemination architecture; or a minimum of three years’ experience in SIGINT reporting architecture and communications modes; or a minimum of three years’ experience in different SIGINT reporting vehicles and data formats; or a minimum of three years’ experience in enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures so as to provide analysis, recommendations, and information for the accomplishment of the SIGINT analysis and reporting mission; or a minimum of three years’ serialized product reporting experience; OR A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of six years’ experience in the areas of expertise noted above; OR [8] A minimum of ten years’ experience in the areas of expertise noted above; or [9] Level II: Level I with three additional years’ experience; or [10] Level III: Level I with five additional years’ experience.
- SIGINT reporting experience (RPTG 2235) employees without SIGINT reporting experience require suitable training within 6 months of assignment.
- Desirable training/skills include EUCOM AOR experience and Russian language skills.
- Must maintain local certifications in SIGINT operations. As the SIGINT positions will not be crew positions, completion timelines will be provided at start of each specific certification requirements.
