About This Position
Polixis, with its 70+ growing team across the world, is in a peculiar position of being neither too small to operate nor too big to stagnate. Any motivated and result driven professional will have plenty of room to grow!
This is a full-time position based in Zurich. Flexible to combine remote and on-site.
Our Ideal Candidate
You have 3-5 years of Sales or Business Development experience in SaaS & DaaS in financial sector, preferably from Risk & Compliance industry.
You have a strong business mindset, are capable of risk-taking with a sense of urgency. You work autonomously and are resilient and tenacious.
You are perfectly fluent in English.
You offer additional language skills (Arabic, French, Portuguese, Spanish or Russian would be an asset).
Your key tasks
Acting as Head of Zurich for all Sales, Marketing and Business Development operations. Namely:
Branding & Marketing
- Representing the company at local and regional industry events.
- Define and manage local marketing strategy
- Qualify leads
- Perform prospect Needs Analysis
- Formulate Value proposition in collaboration with the prospect
- Research and document “buying center” Stakeholders
- Obtain all “lights green” from Stakeholders
- Formulate Offer
- Negotiate / Close deal
- Possibility to join one of the best RegTech data operators in Europe with global growth ambitions
- Employee Stock Options Plan
- Flexible Remote / On-site working schedule
