Who will you be joining?

Support Allianz Group Risk Management Function activities to mature enterprise risk management programs, to drive cross-functional project collaboration, reporting to key committees, and enhancement of risk topics, and to support steering the Budget Controlling process.

How can you make an impact?

  • Support effective and efficient initiation, content development and execution of key projects and coordinate project activities with on time, high quality project deliverables
  • Monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance
  • Work closely with ERM and Risk Management Function Team leads, safeguarding functions leaders, senior risk owners in the business and Internal Audit to enhance monitoring and reporting for ERM programs by gathering data and assisting in the development of dashboards, KPIs and other metrics
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations and decision materials for the CRO in preparation for key committees
  • Organize and prepare content for a variety of senior management events, committees, conferences and other internal and external events
  • Support steering the Budget Controlling process and support evaluation of deviations between actuals & plan

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree. Major in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field a plus
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience, thereof 1-2 risk management related, with demonstrated proficiency and understanding of the principles of enterprise risk management as a plus
  • Sharp analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information with excellent organizational and prioritization skills under tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, esp. PowerPoint and Excel, with PowerBI as a plus
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Past experience as PMO required
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of risk and control identification and assessment as a plus
  • Knowledge of risk monitoring and reporting best practices as a plus
