Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building not only products but start-ups. A 420 billion Euro market of B2B car sales in Europe is waiting for you to disrupt it. You will need to use a lot of data, learn to simplify features, and find the right product, business, and communication strategies to help us grow together.

We are a dynamic tech startup with steady financial results, and we are looking for you – a smart, structured, energetic mind who can plan and ideate together with our team but also build and launch reliably, consistently, and independently.

Responsibilities

• Get a deep understanding of our own and related startup business models, ideate around it and suggest growth hacking initiatives
• Be a part of a team that creates and owns a roadmap
• Manage initiatives’ prioritization, rely on data, calculate potential, and realized ROI
• Manage the development team (web and apps) and implements best practices for development
• Take responsibility for incident management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments to identify clients’ and business’s critical needs
• Assess market competition

Qualifications

• University Degree and extensive work experience in a similar position
• Experience of creating high-level mockups with Figma or Sketch
• Ability to communicate thoughts in a clear and crisp way
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
• You are fluent in Russian and English
