How can you make an impact?
- Recoveries is one of the key levers that is available to claims to combat increasing claims inflation
- Insurers who outperform in recoveries gain a competitive advantage
- A group of highly experienced subject matter experts has developed actions and tools for OEs to improve Recoeries performance
- Now it is time to drive the execution to maximise the returns
Minimum Qualifications:
- You understand insurance, and especially claims operations
- You have proven experience either as a Claims Leader, or consulting, or project roles, driving transformation, influencing the change journey, implementing IT projects from the business side, and being focused on measurable outcomes
- Your relationship management and EQ skills enable you to influence and gain trust across diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.
