Sales Representative (Restaurant Supplies)

McDonald Paper & Restaurant Supplies has been a trusted partner for many food service establishments in the New York metro area and beyond for over two decades. We provide thousands of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and catering companies with quality products at affordable prices. We offer an incredible selection of restaurant supplies, over 20,000 items, including commercial kitchen equipment and paper goods, exhibited in our 25,000-square-foot showroom in Brooklyn, New York.

We are seeking self-motivated English Speaking and Bilingual Ukrainian, Polish, Turkish or Russian – English speaking Sales Representatives with a strong work ethic to join our growing team. We are looking for an ambitious sales rep that will pave the way to a rewarding sales career with our company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a “can-do” attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities. A valid driver's license is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
• Help customers, e-mail and visit customers
• Handle sales calls, SAP, Salesforce
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and/or profit goals

Requirements

• Good communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English / Ukrainian, Polish or Russian languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively and succeed in the fast-paced work environment
• Positive attitude, honesty, integrity
• Previous experience in sales/customer service and/or glass/metal manufacturing is a big plus.
