Sales Officer/Account Manager

SOLAF BVBA consists of two divisions and, we are currently looking for a Account Manager and Sales to join our young energetic multinational team to further develop our clients accounts by giving them the support they need and be part of the future of automotive car trade.


  • Cold Callings/Prospecting: look for new potential leads and activate them
  • Cold Callings/Activation&Retention: call your potential leads/clients on a regular basis to boost the sales
  • Treatment of incoming requests from new registered users
  • Development of relationships with assigned accounts with regular follow ups (calls, emails, instant msg)
  • Communicate with potential clients with provided mandatory CRM tools
  • Responsible of the different aspects of the sales from start – purchase process (negotiations, payment terms) to end – pick up including related administrative tasks
  • Identification of potential clients in your target market
  • Build your client portfolio and develop a solid relationship built on costumer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Convert occasional buyers into recurring clients
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Product Manager to:

-Report on a regular basis about your plan of actions and activities

- Present contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients

- Communicate costumers’ feedback to create the best online buying experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese + French or German or Russian.
