Sales Manager For An International FinTech Company
- Acquiring new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing contacts and turning them into sales opportunities
- Identifying features of target business verticals in order to offer the most suitable solution for the potential clients
- Identifying the right types of stakeholders, decision-makers and partners to develop an individual approach, begin the sales cycle and close a deal
- Pitching PayDo products during online meetings and understanding customers' requirements
- Preparing offers, agreements and invoices
- Using, understanding and maintaining PayDo admin portal
- Maintaining CRM and providing periodic reports of clients statuses accordingly
- Meeting KPIs - Weekly & Monthly
- Working closely with Account managers, Support, Compliance and other teams to support products enhancements and identify new business opportunities
- Working with Task management in order to make requests for other departments to solve client's issues, improve PayDo products or make internal processes more effective
- Provide periodic updates and report to the Team Lead and executive management, feedback on trends (competitor insight, customer needs, sales and lead information, product and marketing requirements)
- Attending industry events and conferences to collect leads, attract new partners and provide feedback and information on the current market and creative trends
- Minimum 2 to 3 year of similar proven experience in the B2B sector in finacial products
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence on emails, calls, video calls and meetings.
- Ability to multitask
- Understanding of neobanking, e-money and cross-border transfers (incl. SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, direct debits, etc.)
- Understanding KYC and Compliance general requirements
- Ability to develop and deliver reports and presentations
- Stress resistance and ability to resolve conflict situations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
- A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed with a can-do approach
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, extremely organised, a self-starter, motivated, and capable of quick learning/adapting
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or EU citizen with work permit & any additional European languages or Russian would be a plus
- Must able to go thru C.R.B - Check
- Experience in Ecommerce or FinTech industry (neobanks, PSP, EMI) with a network of business contacts
- Knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets and other analytics tools
- Successful sales career background within the B2B sector in finacial products
