Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (m/f/d)
Main Activities/Tasks:
Support to the Head of Commercial Excellence in the implementation of the core tasks listed below:
- Preparing analysis, reports, training and presentations for meetings, conferences, conventions and representing the Head of Commercial Excellence at these as appropriate
- Effective alignment of the sales team and overall sales activities within the Bionorica Group (strategy, planning, reporting and monitoring)
- Coordination of Bionorica's sales activities and communication of basic tools to the relevant departments in Germany and abroad
- Survey of training needs, preparation and reconciliation of training documents in the sales force
- Creation of targeting matrices including defined customer care programs and visit frequencies
- Development of a global incentive model; evaluation and awarding of global incentives
- Development of a know-how transfer process from Neumarkt to the countries and vice versa – including regular exchange of experience
- Coordination meetings with the national sales managers or the country heads or other specialist departments on a national and international level
Our Expectations:
- Completed university studies (preferably in economics or natural sciences)
- Proven sales skills and experience in field sales (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector)
- Experience with international business
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Veeva
- Experience in marketing / product management of a pharmaceutical company is desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- German and English spoken and written; Russian is desirable
- Very good analytical thinking skills
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- High degree of persuasiveness and ability to work independently as well as decisiveness
