We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for the international sales department to shape & implement the company's expansion policy to the US market.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach campaigns in LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
  • Communicate with potential clients.
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and send them to the sales team.
  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system.
  • Apply an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach to generate a robust marketing pipeline.
  • Create and execute campaigns and programs that drive engagement with our target audiences.

Ideal Profile

Experience And Skills

  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluent in Russian in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT as a Lead Generation Specialist or an SDR.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Attention to details.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong desire to learn.

We Offer

  • From 12 am to 9 pm UTC+3 flexible work schedule.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Fixed salary + bonuses based on the monthly results.
  • Payment once a month in USD.
