Sales assistant Applied Market EMEA DACH (m/f/d)
Überblick
- Support the commercial managers to execute management processes - coordination and execution of tasks related to marketing and sales operations
- Administrative ownership – public tenders (maintenance of tender relevant documents, follow-up of publications of calls for tenders, the support sales in participation in tenders), managing on order documents, PO tracking, maintaining updated account information on internal database
- Administrative responsibility for local trade shows, seminars at customer sites, sales and management meetings, etc.
- Follow all companies policies and procedures and administrative support of sales in following them
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Work experience in a sales organization preferred, basic understanding of sales principles
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality with s olid communication and interpersonal skills
- Tenacity, diligence and taste for success, ability to work in a team with nomadic collaborators,
- Ability to understand, discuss and integrate complex cross-functional processes
- Administration skills with the ability to define priorities, stress-resistant
- Excellent English/German language skills required, a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, etc.).
