Romanian speaking Recruiter Maasdijk (Main office)

Job description

• You work together with a nice colleague and select candidates within set deadlines;
• You have interviews with the candidates you selected;
• You are responsible for handling the associated documents;
• You prepare selected candidates as effectively as possible for a working life in the Netherlands by providing them with all available information and assisting them with arranging transport to the Netherlands;
• You are in daily contact with colleagues in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe to create the best possible match between vacancies and candidates;
• You report to the Dutch Recruitment Manager and Recruitment coordinator.

Requirements

We are looking for a colleague for 40 hours a week.

• You have good communication skills and you like to get in touch with new people;
• You are flexible in time (possible in evenings and / or weekends);
• You have a proactive and positive work attitude and you are able to think in solutions;
• You can perform well under pressure and have a healthy dose of perseverance;
• You have organizational talent and are skilled in dealing with job vacancies, job sites and
• media;
• You are familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
• You speak fluently English/Dutch/Romania/Polish or Russian languages.
• Relevant work experience in the field of recruitment or Human Resources is a plus.
