LifePath provides support services to older adults and people with disabilities. Currently seeking a full time RN or LPN with assessment skills for the Adult Family Care program. AFC RNs/LPNs work as part of an interdisciplinary and cross functional team. Current MA RN/LPN license and driver\'s license & reliable transportation required. Ideal candidates will have: Excellent communication skills Effective time management Computer proficiency & record keeping skills Leadership & Mentoring Strong Assessment skills This position pays \$32-\$34 per hour. A M-F 35 hour work week schedule.
