The Resource Nurse will utilize their nursing judgment to triage patient calls and provide support, education, and follow up as needed. The resource nurse will work closely with our team of hospice nurses to keep them informed of patient concerns and to complete various tasks as needed. This position is fully remote.

Education, Skills And Experience
- RN preferred, strong LPN will be considered - must be licensed in MA
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred, associates or practical nursing diploma required
- Language skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Russian) a plus
- At least 2 years of triage or hospice experience required
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be able to portray an exemplary bedside manner by phone. Candidate must thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
- Must have proficiency in Google Suite and be able to work within an EMR (Healthwyse).
