Your responsibilities
- Submit data accurately
- Maintain office facilities
- Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
- Route calls to the appropriate parties
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Must be bilingual in Russian
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office setting.
- Manage tasks independently
- A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high-visibility requests
- Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials
- EHR SYSTEM experience
- Solid understanding of Medical Office
- Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
- Shift: Mondays and Thursdays 10:30am-6:30pm
