Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Job Title: RN-Labor and delivery

Job Location: Auburn, WA

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift ,12 hr

Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2 years L&D

Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, fetal monitoring

Mandatory Skills

" Strong L&D experience: Needs to do cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio infusions: Epidurals, Fetal Monitoring, IVs, Pitocin

" Post-Partum Experience: Need to be comfortable with all aspects of Post-Partum care from transition to discharge for mom and baby.

" Circulate C sections (required)

" Scrub experience preferred.

" Baby catching/receiving (required)

" APGAR

" Breastfeeding knowledge

Consider 1st time traveler: yes, with strong experience

Beds: 20 total; 12 L&D, 8 pp/ap (3 OB/ED rooms, 2 OR); 6 bed level II NICU

EMR: Epic

Notes: NP on call NICU (6 NICU level II ; 2 nurses 5 beds plus isolation), Russian/Spanish population- multilingual (preferred)
