Your Day To Day - First Twelve Weeks
  • You need to know our model and process to lead a team successfully. For the first 12 weeks, you'll be an agent, sell to our clients, achieve your new agent milestones, and learn our model. As you build your team here at AMBA, this is a crucial first step to building buy-in and credibility with your future team.
  • Since we generate the leads (at no cost), you spend your time where your passion is — meeting with prospective clients. You can meet with them one-on-one over the phone; Zoom; in-person; conducting in-school workshops, presenting seminars, and educate members at the association chapter meetings.
  • Use a consultative approach to sell needs-based products to public service employees and help them choose benefits to secure their financial future.

Your Day to Day - After Ramp-Up Period
  • Source, attract, interview, and select qualified individuals to join your team and our company.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales advisors.
  • Coordinate with Senior Vice President to facilitate successful field marketing events, seminars, and activities.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market
  • Report on team sales activity as required
  • Build a culture that thrives on high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun.

We Encourage You to Apply If You Have
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • L&H license required at time of onboarding. No license? No problem. We can help you acquire one.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, self-starters.
