
Recruiter
We are a rapidly growing trucking company looking for a Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for calling leads generated by our ads to attract and hire truck drivers. While experience in the trucking industry is preferred, it is not a must as we are willing to provide education and an adaptation period to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Call leads generated by our ads to attract and hire truck drivers
- Assist the HR Manager with the recruiting process, including filling out documents, keeping in touch with drivers along their hiring process, and reminding them to send required documents and photos
- Study our company policies, services, deductions, and other information to answer driver questions
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers and represent our company in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet recruitment targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Ukrainian is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a call center or similar position is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
