
Receptionist (Real Estate)
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answering incoming phone calls to the office
- Greeting visitors
- Order supplies; Maintenance/upkeep of production and supply rooms
- Order meals for meetings
- File and archive office documents
- Assist in coordination of creation sales materials
- Corresponding with IT team to resolve technical issues
- Assistance in coordinating physical organization of the office
- 2+ years in a corporate/professional environment preferred
- Experience with MLS
- Fluent in written and conversational English
- Conversational Spanish and/or Russian fluency preferred (not required)
- Outstanding conversational skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Professional & customer service-oriented
- Works well with different types of personalities
- Positive, confident, and self-motivated
