Receptionist (Real Estate)

Regis HR Group Sunny Isles Full-time

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Skills include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answering incoming phone calls to the office
  • Greeting visitors
  • Order supplies; Maintenance/upkeep of production and supply rooms
  • Order meals for meetings
  • File and archive office documents
  • Assist in coordination of creation sales materials
  • Corresponding with IT team to resolve technical issues
  • Assistance in coordinating physical organization of the office

Qualifications/Requirements include the following:

  • 2+ years in a corporate/professional environment preferred
  • Experience with MLS
  • Fluent in written and conversational English
  • Conversational Spanish and/or Russian fluency preferred (not required)
  • Outstanding conversational skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Professional & customer service-oriented
  • Works well with different types of personalities
  • Positive, confident, and self-motivated
