Who will you be joining?

H4-Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. It follows on the ambition to capture the so far unexploited opportunities of the digitally mature customer by adjusting the current business models and scaling best in class practices globally. As part of Business Transformation, the Allianz Customer Model - ACM - is of highest strategic relevance for Allianz Group. With the Allianz Customer Model, we strive for business model harmonization based on simplicity, scalability and digital solutions, which will be scaled globally via the Business Master Platform. The Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets allow to scale the benefits of ACM to OEs worldwide by embedding the harmonized, efficient processes and standardized Master Products.

Within Business Transformation, the Global Program Office ensures the successful organization of the ACM and BMP Programme. The Global Program Office manages the interaction with multiple Governance Bodies and is responsible for coordinating topics that enable us to transform to our desired business platform in an effective way.

We are looking for a project manager to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.

How can you make an impact?

  • Support the creation of documents for senior stakeholders and governance committees
  • Liaise with multiple Operating Entities, Group functions to deliver stated targets in a fast paced environment (conceptualize/organize/conduct workshops, track progress & provide regular updates to AZ SE Board of Management)
  • Drive content topics of ACM and BMP and independently interact with other stakeholders
  • Bring "business" perspective to the different topics to challenge status quo thinking and accelerate towards Group ambitions

What are you made of?

  • Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken
  • Very good project management skills to lead topics independently
  • Strong expertise with MS PowerPoint storylining and creating effective presentations
  • Ability to work with MS Excel, Confluence, MS Teams
  • Knowledge in agile methodology in software development is a plus
  • Experience in insurance business and transformation programs
  • Ideally experience in ACM or BMP
  • Ideally program office related activities such as governance meetings support, relationship management, preparation of internal meetings
  • Passionate and self-driven; eager to learn and drive topics forward
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
  • Ideally proven ability to work in different cultures
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to challenge stakeholders
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
