About Us
Living, Breathing, Placemaking.
Fourth Street is Place Capital Group’s place advisory business. Place Capital Group is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary development and advisory business that is delivering a wide range of development and place making projects across the UK.
Fourth Street advises clients on critical early-stage place shaping proposals, as well as helping to lead and manage projects through the design and construction phases. We are fundamentally a creative business, but one built on robustness of experience, deep analytical capability and commercial grounding, all of which are reinforced by being part of a highly experienced development group. Our clients buy from us because our combined creative and commercial qualities help to realise and, crucially, deliver their project ambitions.
Since joining Place Capital Group, Fourth Street has launched and is expanding its place delivery service, leading and managing our clients’ projects through the development planning and construction phases to maximise their long-term impact and sustainability. We are looking for exceptional candidates to support our continued growth in this area.

What we’re looking for
We are seeking experienced project managers to support our growing pipeline of place delivery work, based out of either our London or Manchester office.

In return you will be supported in your career progression with a pro-active approach to learning and development, and work in a culture that prioritises the wellbeing of employees.
We value talent above experience, but ideally you will have:

- Experience working for public sector clients.
- Undergraduate degree qualification in construction project management or equivalent (ideal but not essential).
- APM PMQ and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification, or equivalent (ideal but not essential).
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to multi-task, working on a number of diverse projects simultaneously and adapting to rapidly changing situations and deliver against project deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including high levels of spoken and written English and an ability to present information in creative and engaging ways.
- Adeptness and experience in the use and application of Microsoft Project.
- Ability to build a natural rapport with co-workers, clients, and other external consultants.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
What we offer
- Competitive salary (depending on experience), with possible discretionary bonus
