Project Manager – Business Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager of Operations to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate projects related to organizational and corporate development, organizational-wide planning, OKRs and resource planning. The successful candidate will report to our Director of Organizational Development and work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinate projects on corporate development and organizational changes (reorg, opening new entities, spin-off from holding company, etc.)
  • Help redefine organization-wide quarterly planning process, including OKRs and resource allocation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices across the organization
  • Perform other operations-related tasks as assigned, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or STEM
  • English and Russian language skills at business level
  • At least 3-5 years in project management preferably at tech companies or management consulting firms
  • Ideal experience - managing post-M&A projects with multiple stakeholders involving multiple countries / jurisdicitions
  • Excellent project management skills with proven track record and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Understanding of strategic planning principles
  • Experience in corporate development as a plus
