Project Manager
As a project manager, you will be responsible for bringing projects from drawing board to fruition.Projects ranges from retail stores, F&B outlets, offices, events and pop-up stores.Job duties include the following but not limited to;
- Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects
- Close liaison with quantity surveyor, interior designers, vendors, clients & consultants
- Manage client relations
- Reporting to management on project progress
- Ensuring meeting projects deliverable within agreed timelines
- Coordinate and lead new project pursuits
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Architecture/Quantity Survey/Interior Design, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and passion in interior fit-out and builders works for retail and commercial space with at least 5 year of working experience in retail and commercial fit-out environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Autocad is useful
- Hands-on, proactive and taking ownership of projects under his/ her responsibility
- Honest, creative, well-organise and able to make decisions for different scenarios
- Some commitment during odd-hours/ weekends or Public Holiday is required, depending on project needs
- Required language(s):English, Mandarin. Advantageous if able to speak dialects or other languages.(in order to build and maintain good relationship with English, Mandarin and other language speaking quantity surveyor, interior designers, vendors, clients & consultants.)
