Job Description:
This person will be a full-time employee of Quadcode, but managing a project with FPFX. We are looking for someone sharp and experienced in the field who will be able to come in and manage deliverables and timelines from a technical perspective in a fast paced environment. Ideally they will come from a fintech/financial space and must have experience managing a team of 15+.
- Overseeing, planning and executing product strategy & development
- Roadmap ownership, Metrics formation and deep understanding how each developed feature brings value and affects the CJM.
- Managing cross functional team of 15 people with Devs, Designers, Analytics and Ops
ensuring the delivery of value within each quarter;
reporting to the Business Owner, working closely and communicating with Marketing dept.
Managing a resource plan (people), load assessment teams;
study and preparation of features according to the regulations every quarter;
grooming tasks together with development and design;
organization and administration of meetings in the process of implementation;
Skillset / Experience:
3+ years product management experience, team size 15+
knowledge in the field of product development and analytics is a must
confident process administration skills.
- Data-driven approach
- Understading of SAFe framework is a plus
work in fintech, Forex/Options-related products does not conflict with their values
entrepreneurial thinking
stress tolerance, willingness for high load and tight deadlines
eye for details and UX/UI understanding
self starter
good communicative skills: pleasant in communication, formulates their thoughts briefly and clearly
