Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Hallandale Beach office of our client seeks a personal injury attorney, preferably with some experience in handling personal injury matters. The candidate will independently handle personal injury matters from inception through resolution. Will draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other necessary legal documents. Draft demand letters and negotiate reductions. Conduct recorded statements, and depositions, argue and defend motions and attend hearings. Must be a Member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish or Russian).
