For our customer, an international fiduciary company in Canton of Zurich we are looking for a young and motivated

Personal Assistant 100% (m/f)

Tasks
  • Administrative support
  • Arrange regular international travel for the Managing Director and the family members, visas (if required), transport and accommodation for events and conferences, where possible having a ‘plan B’ available
  • Controlling of invoices related to travel, event and meeting arrangements
  • Manage the personal commitments, e.g. support with medical insurance, scheduling of doctor appointments, accompany to appointments, translations etc.

Requirements
  • Commercial background or equivalent
  • Work experience in a similar position in an international environment
  • Fluent English, Russian and German is a must
  • Sensitivity toward confidential matters
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Sensitivity towards confidential matters
  • High flexibility
  • Swiss/EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland is a must
