Personal Assistant
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for our executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable in the communication with the hotels, restaurants and other staff. It is important for the candidate to have Native level of Russian and to be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- All the necessary travel arrangements (Hotels, planes, transfers, visas) including the travel support in case where needed.
- Booking of the restaurants, transport and other external services
- Logistical functions
- Project management
- Purchases
Qualifications
- Professional PC user
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Will be a plus ability to negotiate
- Basic knowledges of project management
