Your role will be Operations Team Leader.

Working mode:

Remote with traveling

Main responsibilities:

- People management

- Motivate team members

- Helping to solve daily issues on projects, oversee day-to-day operations

- Communication and alignment with clients on existing projects

Skills and Experience required:

- Native or native like German

- English or/and Polish communicative (Russian or Ukrainian is a plus)

- Good communicator

- Team management

- Organizational skills

- Leadership skills

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
