REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in German and English (the knowledge of Italian or Russian would be highly appreciated)
- Great communication skills
- Excellent use of the office package and outlook
- Self-confident, proactive and communicative personality
- Organizational skills, aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to work simultaneously on a large number of projects
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and goals in a tight time frame
- Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
Responsabilities:
- being the first point of contact for all people experience / office management matters
- sorting of incoming calls, customer reception
- sending daily attendances, collecting permission forms and filling in attendance files
- organization of training / meetings: preparation of necessary material, organization of lunch and logistics for travel
- transfer organization for customers, management and employees
- supply of stationery and medical material
- write offers and invoices
- external commissions
