YODEZEEN is an architectural and design studio founded by Arthur Sharf and Artem Zverev in 2010. With over 100 employees and offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Miami, and Los Angeles, YODEZEEN has become a star in modern design and architecture.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Office documents, calendar, and appointments management;

• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence;

• Office documents, calendar, and appointments management;

• Office supplies maintenance;

• Printing catalogs and floor plans for meeting with clients;

• Proofreading of texts prepared by a copywriter for social media;

• Preparation of the design contracts for the clients;

• Accounting documents management;

• Project management: participation in meetings with clients, preparation and submitting meeting reports, communicate with the clients and design team about progress and any necessary modifications etc.;

• Manage logistics aspects for imports of ocean and air freights;

Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English is a must.
