Office Manager/Executive Assistent (m/f/d)

Tasks:
- Administrative support for the management, including scheduling, booking travel and taking minutes of meetings
- Managing the management calendar, including organising appointments and meetings, and coordinating internal and external appointments
- Preparing presentations, reports and other documents for the management
- Managing telephone calls, emails and other correspondence for the management
- Responsible for accounting and invoicing, as well as managing contracts and other documents
- Planning company events and travel for the team
- Managing office infrastructure, including purchasing office supplies and other essentials
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years' experience as Office Manager/Executive Assistant or in a comparable position
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and suppliers
- Experience in organising appointments and meetings
- Excellent knowledge in the use of MS Office applications
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team, excellent organisational skills and a positive attitude
- You are proficient in the German, English and Russian languages
