Office Assistant, Russian speaking
Potential to grow within the company into the Project Coordinator role
Salary: GBP 25’000 – 30’000
Role Description:
Office Management & Maintenance:
oManaging office stationery supply
oManaging all other office supply (water, tea/coffee, biscuits, cartridges, etc)
oEnsuring that all office equipment (printers, shredders, etc) are in order and organise a repair if necessary
oKeeping office filing system in order
oEnsuring office cleanness and empty-desk-policy
Team support:
oAdmin support (filing, printing, scanning, etc)
oAssistance with organising office events and birthdays
oPreparing presentations, editing assistance
oAssisting Project Coordinators with maintaining good working relationship with suppliers of luxury goods and services
oAssisting Project Coordinators with luxury shopping, events organisation, travel arrangements and other concierge services
Candidate Profile:
oHigher education
oGood command of English and Russian
oFrench would be a bonus
oAbility to translate from English into Russian and vice versa
oPC proficiency
oAccuracy and reliability, attention to details
oTact and diplomacy
oFlexibility and commitment
oAbility to handle multiple tasks
oResponsiveness, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
oExcellent communication skills
