Member Services Representative – Bilingual Russian – Health Care

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is a conducting a search for our Client an established Managed Long Term Care Plan seeking a customer service oriented Member Services Representative (MSR) for a growing Managed Care Company located in the Bronx, NY. Qualified Candidates will have bilingual Russian ability, customer service experience, as well as leadership ability and experience within a healthcare environment. Position will become Hybrid/Remote once the employee completes the company probationary period. Competitive Salary Plus Benefits! The Member Services Representative's responsibilities may include communicating with all customers internally and externally (verbally and written). Takes transportation orders and fills out transportation form. Handles conflicts, makes decisions on a timely basis and stands behind them. Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree or certificate/degree from a technical school preferred; or three to six months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Bilingual Russian Ability required * Basic computer skills (word, email). * Excellent Customer Service Skills. * 1-2 years of experience as receptionist and/or customer service experience. * Additional opening available in Queens, NY office.
