Localization Senior Project Manager
Glyph Language Services is currently seeking a confident, analytical, experienced and customer-focused full-time Localization Senior Project Manager. As a Glyph Sr. PM you will work closely with external and internal project teams and linguists across the globe to tackle each phase of localization, including translation and QA. This is a 100% remote position.

General responsibilities include
- Manage translation, localization and consulting projects, and ensure for all projects in-depth understanding of the scope and objectives of the project; provide defined, comprehensive and achievable schedules for all tasks related to projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide appropriate selection of best qualified talent.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot project bottlenecks and communicate issues to appropriate stakeholders while attempting to resolve them independently.
- Review final deliverables to ensure that all linguistic elements have been correctly translated and proofread; provide translation, editing and/or proofreading.
- Assist in the development of English language source glossaries and in the translation of glossaries, based on applicable language skills; develop terminology research guidelines or toolkits for translators; develop style guidelines for translation teams related to grammar, tone and other linguistic aspects of communication.
- Manage existing and ongoing relationships with talent to maximize value and to promote loyalty to Glyph
- 3+ years in Localization Project Management
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude for resourceful organization, accurate and creative prioritization and a proactive solutions orientation
- Poise and flexibility in dealing with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Highly proficient in use of MS Office Suite
- Good familiarity with content localization and translation memory applications; ideal candidate is expert in XTRF, memoQ
- Native or near-native fluency and excellent writing skills in Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German or Portuguese.
- Bachelors or Master's in translation/language arts
