Loaner Car Representative – Audi North Miami

Must be bilingual - English and Spanish or Russian. This position will pay $14 - $16/hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan car inventory.
• Handle insurance policy paperwork.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle usage.
• Ensure that Inventory is returned and cleaned in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish or Russian.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Rental car business experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic with ability to multi-task.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• High school diploma
