Litigation Paralegal

Well-respected, prestigious, Wall Street, plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking one or two litigation paralegals with at least one year of experience. Russian speaker a strong plus.

We are a friendly, team-oriented, open-door office. Desired skills include the following:

-drafting bills of particulars, discovery demands and responses, and discovery motion papers

-drafting no-fault paperwork and managing no-fault claims in motor vehicle accidents

-handling intakes with new clients

-helping attorneys prepare clients for depositions or hearings and translating as may be needed

-drafting correspondence including to defense counsel and insurance company

-drafting trial notices

-drafting trial subpoenas
