Lead Software Engineer Microsoft 365

Our client is a leading international technology company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning. Our Client has 30 offices worldwide, and has been listed on the NASDAQ since 2011.

On our Client behalf we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Lead Engineer (Lead position) for the European offices (Belgrad, Amsterdam or Florence).

Responsibilities

• All facets of Microsoft 365 tenant design and SaaS deployment

• Microsoft 365 user administration (OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory / Single Sign On, Exchange Online)

• Microsoft 365 monitoring of service health, management of service requests, and change management within the Microsoft 365 infrastructure

• Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites administration

• Microsoft 365 Licensing administration and management

• Tracking and escalation of incidents with Microsoft 365 technical support

• Facilitate the migration of data into the Microsoft 365 cloud platform and Microsoft 365 SharePoint

• Admin support of Slack, Zoom, Miro, Figma and other collaboration SaaS products.

Requirements

• Experience from 4+ years

• Prior experience in project management is a must.

• Ability to present a thorough analysis of Microsoft 365 project planning, issues and provide regular updates as required

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 SaaS administration and technologies

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph, and scripting languages, especially in supporting Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, specifically Conditional Access Policies, Role Based Access Control, and Privileged Identity Management.

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principals and concepts.

• Strong understanding of the Windows Operating System (including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 – 2019), including the development of an OS image via Autopilot

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 2019 productivity software

• Ability to administer Slack, Zoom, Miro, Figma and other collaboration SaaS products

• English – Upper Intermediate/Advanced, Russian – Upper Intermediate
