Our business

Your Role

• B2B Key Account Management activities related to Austria and international agents from OMV Vienna HQ
• Responsible for turnover and planning in order to achieve the set goals
• Managing and supporting international agents (and potentially field based colleagues) in regard to existing customers and acquisition of new customers
• Sales/CRM activities such as registering customer data, managing pipeline of opportunities, harmonizing commercial conditions, proposal & contract management
• Regular communication with agents, field based colleagues and end customers, as well as coordinating customer support activities with other departments
• Partner trainings and ensuring that OMV corporate standards are followed
• Risk management activities (in regard to credit limits, securities, dunning etc.)
• Fraud management activities
  

Your Profile

• You have a Master´s degree in Business Administration or Sales, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in costumer acquisition; candidates with strong international experience will have an advantage
• Experience with CRM and sales administration
• Strong sales, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages (as e.g. Polish, Russian) beneficial
• Willingness to travel and driving license B
