As Sales Manager, you will drive our International Sales Team ahead and play an active role in shaping the market for our successful solutions. You are either a highly enthusiastic, inquisitive career starter or already an experienced sales professional. We have the appropriate areas of application for you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Expansion of sales activities in the area for which you are responsible
  • Customer care and acquisition of new customers in the region
  • Support and management of commercial partners and subsidiaries
  • Planning and implementation of promotional measures in the sales area
  • Implementation and continuous refinement of the sales strategy
  • Successful market launches of new products in the respective local markets
  • Participation in international events, congresses and trade fairs
  • Responsibility for sales planning and implementation in the sales territory
  • Execution of application training and product trainings
  • Implementation of trial orders in the hospital

This qualifies you:

  • Training in a medical environment (e.g. nursing, physician) and/or studies in economics, industrial engineering or a technical degree (or comparable training)
  • Strong technical understanding & "hands-on" mentality
  • (Initial) experience in the sales environment of medical technology, preferably in one of the fields of ENT, endoscopy, surgery, intensive care or gynecology
  • International profile; very good written and spoken English skills;
  • Additional language skills in German, Russian, French, Spanish would be an advantage
  • High customer orientation, communication skills and ability to work independently are required
  • Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
  • Good IT/network knowledge is an advantage
  • High willingness to travel & self-motivation
