Who will you be joining?
Allianz SE Holding IT is the retained IT organization of the Allianz SE. The IT Adaption Manger supports the business owner to get changes communicated to the business users in a way that they can understand reasons behind and how to change habits, procedures and processes to finally benefit from any changes in our IT Landscape.
How can you make an impact?
- Defines local Employee IT Adoption Management standards
- Identifies upcoming changes and preparation of communication in alignment with Communication team and IT Workplace Business Owner
- Adopts Employee IT Adoption Management material for local needs
- Converts technical change notifications to end user language
- Updates existing documentation and manuals according to upcoming changes
- Sustains changes through effective training of new staff
- Participates in global IT Adoption Manager community
- University degree or equivalent experience (e.g. IT, Business Administration, Engineering or similar)
- Operational business and/or consultancy experience
- Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
- Experience & knowledge of Change & Adoption Management principles, methodologies, tools
- General understanding of IT applications
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Ability to clearly articulate messages, common vision/goal to a variety of audiences
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
