- Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders
- Monitoring production statuses
- Responding to customer requests and inquiries
- Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department
- Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Advanced computer skills/proficiency in MS Word, Excel, TEAMS, and Microsoft Office
- Assisting the global sales team with various functions
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Russian and fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or similar educational background
- At least one year of international customer service experience
- Good organization and capability of handling a variety of issues and assignments
