What will you do?

• Offer legal support during incorporation of new companies (drafting, negotiation and review of non-disclosure agreements, sales and purchase agreements, etc.)
• Drive set up of new legal entities (registration of the company, issuing all documents, opening bank accounts, etc)
• Provide legal support with documentation and advice to the different departments of the company
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Participation in changing the current group structure to optimise the cash flow
• Remain up-to-date with the relevant laws, regulations and practices impacting the work and the company business
• Prepare and update required reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant in-house or consulting law firm or experience in opening new legal entities and international bank accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent level of English, Russian -preferably,
• Hands-on and result-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Law will be a plus
• Business mindset
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to details
• Adaptability to fast-paced environment
• Availability for traveling
