Information Technology Project Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team on an initial 12-month basis. This is a full-time role and will report directly to the Managing Director. The role will be based in Kilkenny, with hybrid working.

As IT Project Manager, the successful candidate will plan, organise, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact for the Company.

What you’ll do:

·Implement a new ERP FP&A software system and manage further developments

·Ensure Financial Systems are as effective as possible to deliver the required information to the business

·Identify suitable systems that would enhance the operations of the business in other departments and select partners to assist in the implementation of those systems

·Identify and establish a programme of work and scope for other individual projects alongside the Managing Director.

·Responsible for creating clear and attainable program and project objectives, developing clear goals and managing scope, cost, time, quality and stakeholder management

·Responsible for all aspects of program and project information including business requirement documentation, stakeholder analysis, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition of project

·Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

·Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

·Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects

·Organising and managing all phases of the projects to ensure on-time completion

·Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

·Participate in strategic planning and implementation meetings.

·Be actively involved in process improvement activities within the business.

·Provide coaching, mentoring and personal development of others as required.

·Conducting any necessary risk assessments for projects

What we look for in you:

·Have a third level qualification in IT or in a related discipline

·Hold an Accredited Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2 or appropriate equivalent)

·4-5 years' experience in IT Project Management

·Experience in implementing EDI, BI tools and ERP systems.

·Strong commercial acumen

·Demonstrated experience of successful project delivery

·Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary busy environment that has involved dealing with change management involving multiple stakeholders to achieve results as relevant to the role

·Experience of data analysis and preparing reports

·Excellent report writing, and business case development

·Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship management

·Excellent team leadership and excellence in project governance

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to deliver under pressure
