Human Resources Manager
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities within a retail environment. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, hiring and recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Lead the experience: Directly support the Managers to achieve Tashkent's performance and quality standards in all departments.
- Maintains compliance on I-9’s and minor work permits as needed.
- Understand that teamwork is key: Communicate with staff to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Builds strong business acumen.
- Ability to understand retail / functional knowledge.
- Communicates attendance issues or concerns to Store Leadership.
- Solid understanding of labor laws for US and Canada and demonstrates strong HR sensibility and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience of Human Resources (Retail) in the US
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Flexible Schedule (Attendance of a few days a week is applicable)
- Must be able to speak English and Russian
- Job Status: Salary, Exempt
