DYM Resources keep growing in terms of volumes handled, turnover and as result – amount of personnel. Our team is approximately 20 people located in Germany as well as remotely in Western countries.


2. About the position

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning company’s HR management. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.


3. Key responsibilities

3.1. Talent search and acquisition

3.2. New personnel onboarding

3.3. Staff evaluation

3.4. Proposing and managing training activities

3.5. Motivation system adjustment together with Managing directors

3.6. Personel development strategy set up

3.7. Setting/improving internal procedures basing on existing processes to ensure future smooth team scaling ability.


4. Requirements

4.1. University degree in the field of human resources, business administration, psychology or a comparable degree

4.2. At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment. Previous experience in international trading companies is a strong advantage

4.3. Fluent Russian and English speaker (German is a big advantage)

4.4. Exceptional communicating and organizational skills

4.5. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives

4.6. Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

4.7. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices, practices and strategies
