Role and responsibilities:
As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Playing a vital role in the recruitment and selection process
- Creating and posting job adverts
- Carrying out inductions for new recruits
- General admin duties
- Attending careers fairs / recruitment days
- Right to work checks and ensuring the correct data is kept on file
- Provide data analysis and insights to the commercial director and HR manager
- Contract reviews and re-issues
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working in a busy HR environment
- Well organised, attention to detail, able to prioritise appropriately
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) other languages as the company employs multi nationalities
- Able to speak / write at least one of the following is required:
- Russian
- Bulgarian
- Ukrainian
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal)
- Clean, valid driving licence – essential
Salary and Benefits:
- Full time, permanent position
- £26,000
- Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm - Office based
- 28 days holiday
